I work at the intersection of business and technology, helping businesses advance on the problems that matter — across GTM, strategy, operations, and analytics. My job is to turn complex data and AI-driven insight into decisions and action that leaders can stand behind. My path runs from hands-on technology into business leadership, anchored by traditional programming and data science foundations that have helped me progress across my career. I've never lost the instinct for how the systems underneath actually work, combined with a strong focus on team leadership and a constant curiosity to learn the ropes.
Today I'm Director of Analytics & Insights at Avalara, partnering with business stakeholders to deliver insights that shape the business — and with frontier data technology teams that build the infrastructure behind them. Much of my method has been direct learning from various roles, MBA foundations, and a personal drive to stay ahead of the curve by constantly learning and delivering results. I also borrow heavily from the practices of great leaders who have coached and guided me, both now and in the past.
At the core, I focus on key skills like stakeholder partnership, acting as an executive team liaison, and dedication to coaching and team development to build capabilities that scale.

An executive decision cockpit translating operations theory from IIM Ahmedabad's OM1 & OM2 courses and practical case assignments into a simulated fulfilment centre. Models inventory, labour, throughput, shrink, and consolidation, with a natural-language query interface powered by Gemini.

Inspired by core concepts in Digital Image Processing and feedback from outdoor and wildlife photography peers, this tool brings research-grade denoising (non-local means, wavelet BayesShrink, and production-grade AI models) and a sharpness-aware crop assistant directly to the browser. Your raw files never leave your machine.

A client-side chess endgame technique coach running in-browser neural networks (Lc0) and Stockfish WASM. Identifies position verdicts and provides long-term strategic blueprints and milestone-based training rather than simple move calculations.
